This work is a series about the moment when you go one step further from your previous work "Travel to Find Me (Mirror)," which reflected on yourself, and unfold the color of your self outside the world.
After facing me in the mirror, I draw the moment when I finally unfold my color out of the world.
The ' inward-facing' gaze is now an extension of the 'outward-blooming' light and color through a glass object suspended in the air.
Transparent water drop glass spheres refract light in all directions, and deep blue hydrangeas and three-dimensional butterflies fill the dark shade of space with brilliant summer colors.
As soon as the lighting inside the work is turned on, a deep glass shadow hangs over the walls and floors of the exhibition hall.

푸른 파장
이 작품은 스스로를 성찰했던 전작 〈나를 찾아 떠나는 여행(거울)〉에서 한 걸음 나아가, 세상 밖으로 자아의 색을 펼쳐내는 순간을 그린 연작입니다.
거울 속 나를 마주하던 시간을 지나, 마침내 세상 밖으로 나의 색을 펼쳐내는 순간을 그립니다.
‘안으로 향하던’ 시선은 이제 공중에 매달린(Hanging) 유리 오브제를 통해 ‘밖으로 피어나는’ 빛과 색의 확장이 됩니다.
투명한 물방울 유리 구체는 빛을 사방으로 굴절시키고, 짙푸른 수국과 입체적인 나비는 공간의 어두운 그늘을 찬란한 여름의 색채로 채워나갑니다.
작품 내부의 조명이 켜지는 순간, 전시장 벽면과 바닥에는 깊은 유리빛의 그림자가 드리워집니다.
이 맑고 생동감 넘치는 파장이 관람객 여러분의 발끝에 닿아, 지친 일상에 여름날의 위로를 건넬 수 있기를 바랍니다
